TD2-402双捻机  TD2-402 Double Twister

　　简要介绍  Briefly introduces

　　属于“双胞胎”设备，即两台设备共用一个机架。两套独立的机械装置，分别由两套独立的电控系统控制。

　　该设备主要用来生产结构为1×3、1×4、2×2等钢帘线，可用B40、B60、B80或188工字轮收线。

　　摇篮内部可放置4个188工字轮。工字轮呈水平放置在摇篮竖板的两边，每边放2个，机架外部（外放线装置）可放置2个188工字轮。

　　TD2-402 Double Twister belongs to "twins" device,that is, two devices share one frame.Two independent mechanism, are controlled by two sets of electric control system independently.

　　This equipment mainly used to produce 1×3、1×4、2×2 steel cord，which can be taken up by B40、B60、B80 or 188 spool. There are 4 spools can be placed inside the cradle.

　　The spools are placed horizontally by the side of the cradle,each side 2. Outside the frame,2 spools,188,can be placed.
